AquaSupercenter.com is the world's largest online pool retail store. Thank you for being one of our loyal 300,000 customers. This is our existing order support page, here you can find information to check on order status, make a change to your order, or contact the orders department if you needed to cancel for whatever reason.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, as our number 1 goal is to make you happy and provide excellent service, while maintaining a smooth order process. We ship from over 400 different warehouse locations across the US. We have over 30,000 products on our site and do the best to keep all of our items up to date with current lead times from our warehouse.
Our order system is fully automated to process and fulfill your order. Each item has its own lead time listed on the product detail page. If you have placed and order, but you haven't received your tracking yet, we do apologize. This doesn't mean that your order hasn't shipped, just that your tracking may not be in our order system yet. We do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.
To request a status update please fill out the following form, this will create a case and notify our order status department of your request. We will then contact our warehouse and update you as soon as we hear back.
Please note: If you have ordered multiple items your order may be shipping in two shipments, please look for a second tracking number if you have only received a partial order.
Need to Change Your Order?
We understand that things may come up where you need to make changes to a recently placed order. Because our system is fully automated, we need to be notified of these changes as soon as possible. Once an order has processed, the warehouse has set the order to be picked and shipped for you and often is unable to be changed. To request a change to your order, please fill out the following form and we will send this request immediately to the orders manager to request such change be made.
Received an Email About Your Order?
We have over 30,000 products on our site and try to keep all of our items up to date with current lead times from our warehouse. Sometimes an issue arises that we are informed of after the order is placed. If you received an email about your order; whether it be a stock issue or shipping delay notice, the fastest way to give your response is a simple reply to that email. This will go right back to the person who informed you of this, and will update automatically in our system by attaching to your order. If you have any questions about the email or what it explains, please reply and ask for more information.
