Product Descriptions and Images
AquaSupercenter has over 46,000 items on our site and we try to keep every item as up to date as possible. Some manufacturers change the product design year to year. The images and colors on our site may slightly vary from the actual product. The item number and item title are the only way to verify the item you are purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchase. If there are any special notes on the item, they are described in detail on the description page.
AquaSupercenter charges your card at the time of checkout. We send your order directly to our warehouse for shipment. If an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified right away and will have the option to wait, cancel and be refunded, or choose another item. If you choose to wait, your charge will act as your place holder for that item. If you need to make any changes to your order, you must email contact us
and if possible, we can modify your order.
Cancellations must be made via phone, live chat, or email. Orders must be canceled PRIOR to the order processing. Once an order has processed most orders are unable to be canceled. We will REQUEST a cancellation but it will not be considered canceled until we receive the confirmation from the warehouse. If it has not shipped and is able to be canceled, we will cancel the order with them and you will be refunded in full for the order.

We do our best to make all of our customers happy. Some items however are non-returnable, or non-returnable after use. Cleaners are unable to be returned once opened for example.
Price Match Policy
Our price match policy is based on the competitor's total cost vs our total cost. If we aren't lower, we will beat their price by 10% of the difference. For complete details see our Low Price Policy Page
Price Protection Policy
If you buy from us and you find a price lower than ours, up to 60 days after purchase date, we will match that price. For complete details see our Low Price Policy Page
We ship from over 250 warehouses and manufacturers across the US and Canada. Most of our items ship via UPS or FedEx and leave the warehouse with in 1 day of the order. We list the warehouse availability for every single item on our site right on the item details page. This time will tell you the lead time before an item ships from the warehouse. Once the item ships from the warehouse, we will notify you of the tracking number via automated email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers. The only way you can guarantee a delivery date is if you contact us and expedite your order, this is the only option for guaranteed delivery provided by the shipping companies.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Freight Shipping Policy
Before you accept any Freight products check for damage and that all items are accounted for. Once you sign the paperwork by the freight company as free and clear you become the legal owner of the product and we cannot file a claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard by all Trucking Companies and is the standard across all our competition. If you find the item is missing or damaged. Write partial or damaged on the bill of landing, DO NOT sign and inform us. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a new one to you ASAP.
Canadian Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to Canada for an additional rate. When you place the order on our site, you need to select Canada Shipping in the checkout shopping cart, this is an approximate shipping rate. If there is an additional charge, we will contact you via email and inform you of the charge. If you do not want to pay that extra amount, your order can be cancelled and refunded without any penalty.
**Please Note** Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless we tell you otherwise. We will not mark shipments as a GIFT or provide inaccurate sales amount on invoice.
