Dura-Vent Direct Vent Fireplace 6 Inch Round Ceiling Support Wall Thimble Cover is used to finish off your installation. Dura-Vent decorative cover, painted black, is designed for horizontal (through-wall) installations. It sealed with insulation to keep out air leakage and easily fits over the Wall Thimble Face Plate. It may also be used as a decorative Ceiling Support Cover for flat ceiling installations. Dura-Vent ceiling support wall thimble cover provide 1" clearance to combustibles. It has laser – welded inner and outer seams. It has no required gaskets or sealants to achieve leak resistant connections.
