The Empire Blue Flame for 20,000 Btu
Hydraulic Thermostat Heater (BF-20) LP produces an inviting
atmospheric warmth quickly and efficiently. This Empire Blue Flame is
equipped with a hydraulic thermostat that modulates from 8,500 Btu to
20,000 Btu for continuous temperature control. Upon reaching your preset
comfort level, the modulating hydraulic thermostat cycles the main
burner flame from HI to LO and, when the thermostat is satisfied, to OFF
while leaving the Pilot on. This reduces the large flame to a smaller
flame while still emitting heat.
