The Sunpentown Convection Oven with Wok Base - Nano-Carbon and FIR Heating Element features a nano-carbon fiber and far infrared heating element, which is the newest in heating technology. With the capability of reaching 1832°F in one second, while traditional heating elements average 1292°F in three minutes, this is by far the best heating technology. Reinforced by quartz glass for fast heat conduction and radiation. Due to the deep heat penetration and instant heating, the food does not need to be defrosted prior to cooking. Two fans are made for quick and even heat distribution to save you up to 30% in cooking time and energy costs. A wok base is featured for versatile cooking and can be used on stovetop.
