Defective or Damaged Deliveries

If you received a damaged or defective item, we apologize first and foremost. We want to get this handled for you as quickly as possible, so we have made a form that will send a direct email to the claims department. Once we receive the form, we will contact the warehouse and may contact you back if we need more details before reshipment. For a expedited service, please be sure provide as much detail as possible below. Our defective and damaged policy is only valid for 14 days. Once the 14 days have passed you must complete the warranty form.

Defective/Damaged items are replaced, we pick up the bad item and reship you a new one. If you do not want a replacement, the return is handled as a normal return; you would be required to ship the item in and may be required to wait for the manufacturer inspection to be completed. Defective/Damaged items returned for credit will have the lower return fee of 10%. 

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the incorrect item, we do apologize. Our warehouses handle hundreds of orders a day with very little errors, but they do sometimes happen. We want to get this fixed for you right away, so we have made a form that will send a direct email to the orders department. Once we receive the form, we will contact the warehouse and update you back as soon as possible. For a expedited service, please be sure provide as much detail as possible below
